  1. Go to the Service NSW Booking Management Page
    Visit the official Service NSW page for managing driver or rider licence test bookings:
    👉 View, change or cancel a driver or rider licence test
  2. Click on “Manage booking”
    This will take you to the online appointment system.
  3. Enter Your Booking Details
    You’ll need to provide:
    • Your booking number (found in your confirmation email)
    • Your family name
  4. Follow the Prompts
    • View your current booking
    • Change the date, time, or location
    • Cancel the booking if needed
